1, 2, Quill turns 3 !

Our little boy is 3! Quill is such a character. We are right in the two's going on three's and it's a big mixed bag of laughs, cries, joys and frustrations. He is so much fun, especially when he is outside exploring the world, shadowing Levi. riding his balance bike and feeling on top of the world. He is always so friendly and will say hello and goodbye to everyone he sees and makes friends with all the neighbours. Quill is last in line for the family birthdays of the year so he has waited patiently for this day to come. 

We did our best to make the day nice and special for him even though we are in covid lockdown. The day before preschool celebrated Quill with blue cupakes, then on the morning of he had a breakfast of pancakes and then lots of fun games at home. Last years puppy cake was such a hit, I had puppy cupcakes made which he and everyone loved, especially picking their favourite puppy to eat! The present of the century was his ukulele which he immediately began playing and making up songs on even inspiring Levi, who quickly found a new passion and needed one of his own.

Our Quill is full of energy and loves when things are loud and fun. He loves dance parties at home, jumping on the couch, saying 'raaa' and antagonising his siblings. His favourite place is the op shop in town where he knows all of the volunteers and picks a 50 cent toy to bring home every time. He still loves dogs, preschool, going to nursery at church and his new little baby sister. Our boy loves Dad the most and resembles him closely. He loves Levi reading the digger book to him and tucking him in. He despises socks but happily stomps around sockless in gum boots all the day long. 

We love you our beautiful boy.
